We're back in the IHWSH Kitchen with a very special event. We'll craft hors-d'oeuvres with James Beard semi-finalist Chef Dawn Burrell, inspired by the cuisine of one of her personal heroes, Chef Dominique Crenn!
As usual, nothing but the finest organic and artisanal ingredients will be on the menu. Happy Hour would not be complete without Sarah Troxell, renowned beverage pro, providing mocktails and cocktails to accompany our small bites.
To top off our evening, Chef Dominique will then join our class to speak with Chef Dawn and all of us!
Proceeds from this event will benefit The Rose, our partner in providing 100 women in the food and beverage industry with screening mammograms this year.
